This is the first course of the training that leads to the Certificate of Felt Sensing and With Sensing (Focusing and Listening). The training gives you General Focusing Proficiency, which means you can exchange Focusing with others with the same type of training. It is also the background that you need to enter the Focusing Teacher Training with a Certifying Coordinator.
